About Richard Placzek
Richard is the owner of the Whole Grain Hearth Bakery. The bakery is operated with humble roots and consists of a team that is always striving for the best. What began in a home kitchen with one convection oven is now a thriving retail location and can be found at several farmers markets and other small businesses throughout London and beyond. They pride ourselves on using freshly milled Canadian grains in their sourdough bread and rustic, hand-made pastries. Their focus is on stone milled flour not only because of the outstanding taste that comes with using the entirety of the grain, but also because of the wide variety of nutritional benefits. |
About Fiona Moniz
Fiona is the proud owner of Fiona's Kitchen & Home. While she may have many interests, she has a passion for ‘FOOD’ in every sense of the word. From cooking to eating, entertaining, teaching, and gathering to feed those around her because she believes nothing connects people like food does. After being inspired by the legends in her family predominantly her mother, who she was inspired by the most, her interest, desire and passion for food and cooking took flight in the last 20 years when she left home after getting married and developed an unimaginable appreciation for her mother’s food which was always a perfect blend of spices and herbs, creating simple yet, phenomenal flavours. Learning to cook and seeing her family enjoy home food over eating out has always been such a great satisfaction that constantly fuels her passion. |

affiliates, speakers and sponsors persevered, communicated, and looked for innovative ways of doing things.
The OHEA launched its inaugural Fall 2020 Speaker Series comprised of 3 evenings of inspiring on-line discussion and networking so that our community can continue to stay connected, grow, and build our future together. You can view the recorded series here.
#OHEA2022 promises three online speaker events of professional development, networking and fun for delegates, sponsors and speakers!
